Earlier today, my kids were playing with their rubber stamps and I was explaining the purpose of the exclamation point and question mark. After I explained that the exclamation point was to show excitement or surprise Maggie created this:

We were having Thanksgiving Day leftovers for lunch today, and Joey put a fork half-full of cranberry sauce on the table. He then proceeded to pick up a lima bean and a kernel of corn and held them above the fork.
Joey then said, “Look at my traffic light!”
Over the summer, my wife took a course in wilderness skills and we bought an inexpensive camera for her to take kayaking. It’s really amazing how inexpensive five megapixel cameras have become. We took a few photos of the kids having some fun in the two inches of snow we got overnight. Okay, perhaps two inches isn’t really significant, but it was enough to make a few snowballs. Photos of the carnage may be found in this album.
Madison is in the process of getting a few inches of snow and the kids are running around wanting to play outside. This photo is from earlier this evening, before sunset, taken as the rain changed over to snow.
November is upon us, so we decided to make hand turkeys using finger paints and paper plates. Photos from the activity may be found in this album.
